Zostera bed

...Submerged seaweed or seaweed communities that spread along the coast. A colony of the flowering plant eelgrass is called a Zostera bed, and a colony of the brown algae Sargassum is called a Sargassum bed. Eisenia bicolor, Ecklonia cava, and kelp also form large colonies, which are called submarine forests.
