Yuzovka

...Population: 1,160,700 (1991). Until 1924, it was called Yuzovka, and from 1924 to 1961 it was called Stalin, but due to criticism of Stalin it was renamed to its current name. Today it is a large industrial city, but in the 1860s it was merely a newly formed coal mining town.
