Long-nosed planthopper

...Many of the species in this family have heads that protrude forward, reminiscent of a Tengu's nose, hence the Japanese name. The English name is long-nosed planthopper. The word sukeba means "transparent wings," and comes from the fact that many of them have transparent or semi-transparent wings.
