...Although the names of dishes derived from Turkish cuisine vary from country to country, many of them are also found in other Balkan countries such as Yugoslavia, Romania, and Bulgaria. Among them, shish kebab (a skewer of grilled meat and vegetables) and moussaka (a grilled dish of alternating layers of minced meat and thinly sliced ​​eggplant). Yogurt is also commonly used in soups and desserts in Bulgaria.
