Immunotherapy

...A term in the legal history of the Middle Ages in Europe. In Latin it is called immunitas, and in English it is called immunity. In the late ancient Roman Empire, inmunitas was a technical legal term meaning exemption from various public burdens, but in the Frankish Kingdom it mainly came to mean the special state status of the ecclesiastical estates.
