…原因としては感染性と非感染性とがあり,前者では細菌,ウイルス,真菌が,また後者では膠原(こうげん)病に伴う血管炎性病変,薬物に対する過敏性などが原因となる。1950年代以後になると,従来問題にされてきたリウマチ熱,ジフテリア菌などによる細菌性心筋炎に代わって,コクサッキーBウイルス,インフルエンザウイルスなどによるウイルス性心筋炎およびマイコプラズマ心筋炎が注目されるようになってきた。とくに各種のウイルス性心筋炎は,原因不明の心筋炎も含めて,特発性心筋症の原因となるのではないかという点で重要であり注目されている。…
