Japanese: 用瀬[町] - もちがせ

An old town in the southeastern part of Tottori Prefecture, in the central part of Yazu District. The main settlement, Youse, in the middle reaches of the Sendai River, developed as a small castle town and a post town at the starting point of Takase boat transport. Located along the Inbi Line, forestry and fruit cultivation are thriving. The town is famous for its floating doll festival on the 3rd of March in the lunar calendar. In November 2004, it was incorporated into Tottori City along with Kokufu Town and Fukube Village in Iwami District, Kawara Town and Saji Village in Yazu District, and Kedaka Town, Shikano Town, and Aoya Town in Kedaka District. 81.60 ^km2 . 4,342 people (2003).
