Tsunagi [town] - Connecting
A town in Ashikita district in southwestern Kumamoto prefecture. The Hisatsu Orange Railway runs through the town. Rice and citrus fruits such as sweet summer mandarins are cultivated here. The Yatsushiro coast is a ria coast, and aquaculture is thriving here. Area: 34.09 km2 . Population: 5,062 (2010).
