A type of light equipped on an aircraft. It indicates the position and direction of aircraft between aircraft flying at night, or to other aircraft. Aircraft flying at night or parked at an airport display this to indicate their presence and prevent collisions. There are constant light and flashing light types. Note that while aviation lights are lights equipped on airplanes, aviation lights are facilities that use light to assist aircraft navigation, and are one of the air safety facilities. To indicate the general direction of an aircraft, a green light is displayed on the right wingtip, a red light on the left wingtip, and a white light on the tail in the direction of flight. The green light is visible from a range of 110 degrees to the starboard side from directly ahead, the red light is visible from a range of 110 degrees to the port side from directly ahead, and the white tail light is visible from a range of 70 degrees to the left and right from directly behind, making a total of 140 degrees. This allows you to see the lights of other aircraft and know their relative position. Navigation lights use the same colors as ship navigation lights. In addition to the above, there are also collision prevention lights that aircraft turn on while in flight to prevent collisions. These lights are red flashing lights that are attached to the top and bottom of the fuselage.
