For the first one or two days, the patient feels extremely hungry, but then these symptoms disappear, and the patient complains of dry mouth, stomach pressure, and dizziness, the skin becomes dry, both eyes become sunken, the tongue becomes dry and red, the patient smells of acetone, physical strength and mental function decline, delirium and hallucinations occur, the patient falls into a coma, and the patient dies from autointoxication, acidosis, dehydration, etc. ...
