Born in July 1902. In 1935, he established Kawaminami Industries, a shipbuilding company, and made great strides in the industrial world with the backing of the military. In 1961, after the war, he advocated the Three No's - no taxes, no unemployment, no war - and plotted a coup to assassinate key members of the Ikeda Cabinet (the Three No's Incident). As the ringleader, he received a two-year prison sentence. He passed away on December 11, 1968, at the age of 66.
