...The Kaze no Bon Festival is a festival to appease the wind god and pray for a good harvest. For three days, the whole town is devoted to dancing to the Etchu Owara-bushi. The lyrics include the cheery word "Owara," from which the song's title is derived, and the high-pitched opening makes it difficult to sing.
