...A fudai daimyo in the early Edo period. The first lord of the Okudaira Utsunomiya Domain. The eldest son of Okudaira Mimasaka no Kami Nobumasa. His mother was Tokugawa Ieyasu's eldest daughter Kamehime. He was commonly known as Kuhachiro. He was also known as Ietsuna. In 1581 (Tensho 9), he came of age in front of Ieyasu. In 1595 (Bunroku 4), he became Daizen-no-daifu, Junior Fifth Rank. In 1601 (Keicho 6), he was given 100,000 koku of rice in Shimotsuke Utsunomiya. [Tokoro Rikio]...
