[Variety]
There are many European breeds for dairy products, including the famous Saanen (white, hornless), Toggenburg (chocolate brown with white markings, horned), and Anglo-Nubian (hornless, drooping ears, coat color varies) from Switzerland. They are also called "poor farmers' dairy cows" and are mainly used for small-scale farms' private milk production, but there are also many cheeses made from goat's milk in France, Switzerland, and Italy.
