Amrit - Amrit

... Not much fine sculpture survives. A stele from Ugarit depicting the god Pa'al in relief (14th century BCE) shows Hurrian and Assyrian influence, but a similar stele from Amrit shows Egyptian as well as northern influences. The small metal figures are Hurrian.
