Abe Sada
1905- A woman from the Showa era.
Born May 28, 1905. At about age 17, she became a geisha and traveled around Japan. In 1936, she strangled her lover, Ishida Kichizo, the owner of a small restaurant, to death in a teahouse in Oku, Tokyo. She cut off his genitals and left the words "Sadayoshi and I killed each other" written in blood, which became a topic of conversation as a bizarre crime. She was released after serving her sentence 16 years ago. She was from Tokyo. Her pseudonym was Tanaka Kayo.
