This is a national health resort hot spring located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, and belongs to the Uchimura Onsen area. Simple spring water. 46-56℃. Abundant hot spring water. There is a hot spring sanatorium that also serves as a research facility. Take a bus from Ueda Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen line.
