It is also called the "hip" or "hip". It is the rear part of the sole of the foot, but its border is not clearly defined. When standing upright, most of the body weight is placed on this part. Inside is the calcaneus, and its surface is covered with thick, tough skin. This skin has a particularly thick layer of subcutaneous fat, which acts as a shock-absorbing cushion.
