...Jewish theater company, whose name means stage in Hebrew. During the Zionist Congress in Vienna in 1913, Nahum Zemach (1887-1939) came up with the idea of ​​creating a play that would connect the hearts of Jews scattered around the world to Palestine. Four years later, in Moscow, in the midst of the Russian Revolution, he tried to put this idea into action with just 10 theater lovers. He asked Stanislavski for help, and entrusted the leadership to Vakhtangov, who worked hard to form the Fourth Research Theater attached to the Art Theater.
