Klič, K.

In 1879, the Czech Karl Klič (1841-1926) developed carbon printing, a method of photographic printing, intaglio engraving, which was applied to the printing of letters and letters in the intaglio process.

The original photographs and pictures are copied to create positive films, which are then laid out and pasted onto a single plate.

…写真の階調を十分に再現し，比較的品質のよくない紙に高速で大部数を印刷でき，また紙以外のプラスチック，セロハン，金属箔などにも印刷できる特徴があるが，欠点としては製版が困難で，印刷物の文字部分にもスクリーンが入ることがあげられる。1879年にチェコのクリッチュKarl Klič(1841‐1926)が，写真印画法の一つであるカーボン印画を彫刻凹版の製版法に応用して開発した。
