...A marine fish of the family Scorpaenidae in the order Scorpaeniformes. It is sold as kinkin or kinki at fishmongers. It is found along the coast of the Sea of ​​Okhotsk in Hokkaido and along Suruga Bay, and is particularly common in Hokkaido and the Sanriku region.
