Definite intent - hidden and hidden

...Mistake of illegality (mistake of law), that is, the conclusion is different when the actor acts without knowing that it is not legally permitted or mistakenly believing that it is legally permitted. In addition, there are two types of intent: definite intent, in which the occurrence of a result is recognized as certain, and uncertain intent, in which the occurrence is recognized as uncertain. The latter can be further divided into general intent, in which the occurrence of a result is certain but it is uncertain who and how many people the result will occur, such as when firing at a crowd; alternative intent, in which it is uncertain whether the result will occur to A or B, such as when firing with the intention of killing either A or B; and imprecise intent, in which the occurrence of the result itself is recognized as uncertain, such as when firing a gun while thinking that it may end up killing A.
