Generally, an offer is made by one of the parties to a sale to the other, with the price being the main condition. There are two types of offer: a selling offer and a buying offer, but in trade terms, it usually refers to a selling offer. The offer conditions of the seller (exporter) include the name, brand, quality, price, quantity, loading time, and payment method of the product. If the seller also specifies a deadline for the buyer's response in addition to the above conditions, it is called a firm offer, and if no deadline for the response is required, it is called a free offer. A firm offer is the norm, and in this case, the seller is not allowed to arbitrarily change the conditions that have already been notified within the deadline. If the buyer accepts the seller's offer (called acceptance), a sales contract is established.
