Ise-ryu Kagura

...Yudate Kagura is a type of Kagura dance performed in November (the 11th month of the lunar calendar). It is said that the gathering and offerings of Kagura dance that were performed in November by the priests of the Geku Shrine of Ise Jingu spread throughout the country, and it is also called Ise-ryu Kagura. The most famous ones are those performed at the Flower Festival and Purification Festival in the Oku-Mikawa region, the Toyama Festival and Winter Festival in Shinano, and at Horoha Yamanami Ushiwake Shrine in Omori Town, Hiraka County, Akita Prefecture.
