This keyhole-shaped tomb is located in Nijo Tanaka, Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is a pit-type stone chamber with a total length of about 100m, a diameter of about 60m at the rear mound, and a width of about 30m at the front. The main part is about 3.5m long, 1.5m wide, and 0.8m high. The grave goods include 10 mirrors, magatama, tubular beads, and weapons. The mirrors include a triangular-rimmed mirror with divine beasts, a gilded square-grid four-god mirror, and an inner-circle flower pattern mirror.
