AFSATCOM - AFSATCOM

... refers to an artificial satellite system developed and used for military purposes. Its main uses are gathering military intelligence such as reconnaissance and surveillance, controlling and supporting military operations such as communications and navigation, intercepting enemy satellites and ballistic missiles, and conducting technological development experiments.
