Marine protein concentrate

...An abbreviation for fish protein concentrate, which means concentrated fish protein. It is a product produced hygienically from fresh fish for consumption, is inexpensive, has excellent storability, and is highly concentrated in protein compared to the raw fish. It is also called MPC (short for marine protein concentrate).
