Republic of China politician and businessman. His wife was Soong Ailing. He participated in the Xinhai Revolution, and later served as Minister of the Ministry of Industry in the Nationalist Government, Governor of the Central Bank, and Premier of the Executive Yuan, and held real power in the financial sector. After 1948, he lived in the United States, where he died.
