Kushiage - deep-fried skewers
It is a dish made by cutting seafood, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients into bite-sized pieces, skewering them on a bamboo skewer, coating them in breadcrumbs, and deep frying them. It is a specialty dish of Osaka.
