The history of campfires is unclear, but it is easy to guess that they have been a part of human life since prehistoric times. In the 19th and 20th centuries, organized camps began to take place in various parts of Europe and America, and in the Boy Scout camps run by Lord Baden Powell in England, the importance of fire and how to use it were incorporated as important training subjects, and fire was used for spiritual education.
